Bocconi Tennis claimed the HEC Clay Court Challenge title in Monte Carlo after an impressive run against leading European universities.
Victories over Cambridge and HEC set the pace for the tournament, providing a strong foundation for what would become a remarkable campaign. From the opening matches, Bocconi Tennis showed confidence and competitive spirit, building momentum with every round and establishing itself as one of the teams to beat.
The team, composed by Riccardo Miano, Matteo Lecito, Kristal Dule, Giorgia Bonanni, Lavinia Morreale, Bianca Cavalieri, Ana Jelena Vujosevic, then defeated ESADE to reach the final, where a 3–0 win over Oxford secured the title.
Winning on the clay courts of Monte Carlo makes this an especially memorable achievement and reflects the team’s growing strength, the quality of its play and the commitment of everyone involved in Bocconi Tennis. Beyond the final result, the victory represents the reward for the team's collective effort, preparation and determination throughout the competition.
