The Bocconi Women's Futsal Team concluded the 2025-26 University Championship with a third-place finish, once again establishing itself among the strongest university teams in Milan.
Bocconi enjoyed an outstanding regular season, finishing second in the standings with 27 points from 12 matches. The team scored 77 goals and recorded one of the best goal differentials in the competition (+56), highlighting its consistency and attacking quality throughout the year.
The team's strong performances secured a place in the playoffs and a spot in the semifinals. Although the championship run ended against Bicocca, Bocconi responded positively by winning the third-place match and finishing the season on the podium.
Among the season's standout performers were Julia Remøy and Bianca Pisino, who finished among the league's leading scorers with 15 and 13 goals respectively.
Beyond the statistics, the season reflected the continued development of the program. Through commitment, teamwork, and resilience, the group consistently competed at a high level and demonstrated its ability to challenge the strongest teams in the championship.
The third-place finish provides a fitting conclusion to another positive season and a strong foundation for future success.
