📅 Deadlines & Key Dates

• Team registrations open: closed
• Team registration deadline: February 11, 2026
• Last day to add players to existing teams: February 25, 2026
• Intramural Final Event: April 15, 2026

🔹Participation Requirements

In order to participate in the Intramural Tournaments, all players must have:

• A valid medical certificate uploaded and approved in the system
• An active Bocconi Sport membership

🔹Roster Completion & Eligibility

Each team is fully responsible for completing its roster within the registration deadline indicated above.
All players listed on the roster (at least the minimum number required to compete) must have:

• A valid medical certificate uploaded and approved*;
• An active Bocconi Sport membership.

Teams that fail to complete their roster within the specified timeframe will not be admitted to the tournament without any notice. In such cases, the next eligible team on the waiting list will be admitted.

Given the high level of interest and the limited number of spots available, teams are strongly encouraged to finalize their roster in time to secure participation.

*Eligibility Activation

Players will be eligible to compete starting from the day after their medical certificate has been validated. Participation on the same day of approval is not permitted, as insurance coverage becomes effective the following day.

2. Register for the Intramural Championship via the You@B agenda:
   1. Create a Team
   Ready to be the captain? Create your team — whoever creates the team automatically becomes captain. Once created, the captain will receive a unique code (token) to share with teammates so they can join the team.
   2. Join an Existing Team
   Got a token from a captain? Select “Join an Existing Team” and enter the token to become part of the team.
   3. Join as a Free Agent
   Don’t have a team? No problem! Click “Join as a Free Agent” and our staff will match you with a team looking for players.

Important: Choose your captain wisely: they will be the main point of contact with our staff and will receive updates on the schedule, rules, and news.

By registering for the Intramural Tournament, all participants automatically declare that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the Honor Code and Code of Conduct. Registration constitutes formal and binding acceptance of these rules.
