On March 20th, the fifth edition of the historic golf match between Luiss and Bocconi took place at the stunning Olgiata Golf Club in Rome. Two days dedicated to sport, competition, and fair play, where both universities fielded six of their best athletes. The match was played over 18 holes using a mixed format: three Foursome Match Plays on the front 9 holes, followed by six Individual Match Plays on the back 9.
The competition remained evenly matched until the final hole of the final match. It was Giovanni De Benedetto’s decisive putt that secured the win for Bocconi, bringing the trophy back after previous editions ended in draws or defeats.
